Out-of-print Spicy Hot Pot

Fish tofu, dried tofu, and ham are sliced separately, the lotus root is peeled, washed and sliced, celery is washed and cut into sections, onion is washed and cut into strips, and shrimp is thawed and set aside. Put oil in the pot, add the spicy hot pot base ingredients to sauté until fragrant after the oil is hot.

Put garlic slices on high heat until fragrant, then add lotus root slices and fry for about 3 minutes.

Then add fish tofu, dried tofu, ham, bacon, shrimp and stir fry for 3 minutes, then add celery and stir fry for 2 minutes. Then put in the premium gold-label light soy sauce.

Add cumin and salt and stir-fry for half a minute, then add spicy peanuts and coriander and stir well.
Tips:
Note that soy sauce must be put in light soy sauce instead of dark soy sauce. Light soy sauce is more savory. The dark soy sauce is used for coloring. If it is placed here, it will have a bitter taste. It is recommended to choose special soy sauce for light soy sauce, which is more delicious, or seafood soy sauce can also bring out the seafood flavor of shrimp.
