Overnight Oats
1.
Put a layer of instant oats
2.
Put a spoonful of chia seeds
3.
Pour in some milk and wait for ten minutes to fully soak (it can be any milk, fresh milk, yogurt, pure milk, sweet milk or fruit juice), and then I added a spoonful of cocoa powder.
4.
Soak the instant oats and chia seeds and add a sliced ripe banana. My banana is relatively small, so I used a whole one. (Bananas need to be ripe to moisturize the intestines, but unripe ones are not good)
5.
I only have dried cranberries and macadamia nuts in my hand. I actually want to add some walnuts, but I’m too lazy to peel it~ (you can add all kinds of dried fruits, you can add whatever you like)
6.
Add the instant oats again, and spread a layer of shredded coconut on top. Then add the right amount of milk. Then put it in the refrigerator and take it out in the morning when you go out. I usually take it back to the company to eat. When I arrive at the company, the oatmeal is not so frozen, so when I eat it, it won’t freeze to my stomach.
Tips:
Note: If it is for breakfast, let it sit for a while, and then eat it after it's not so cold.
You can add a 250ml bottle of milk, because oatmeal and chia seeds will expand overnight.
