Oyster Mushroom Stew

Add 1 scoop of MSG to the oysters, whip lightly with chopsticks, and rinse off the mucus.

The washed oysters are as shown in the picture.

Wash the enoki mushrooms, cut off the roots and shake them loose. Use a blender to chop the dried preserved vegetables. Add garlic and chopped preserved vegetables to the hot oil in a pot and fry until fragrant. Set aside.

Add enoki mushrooms in a hot pan with cold oil and fry until slightly discolored, add oysters, pour in the fried dried vegetables, chopped red peppers, and simmer for 5 minutes.

Just before cooking, add fish sauce to season, sprinkle in celery diced and ready to be out of the pan.

Decorate the plate and you're done. 🥳🥳
