When she was learning a driver’s license, she accidentally ate with classmates and friends. She ordered a dish of humble scrambled eggs. After eating, she was surprised by its umami. When she asked, she realized that oysters were added (maybe the restaurant didn’t put a few at all. I don’t see the shadow of oysters.) So I went to the vegetable market to buy it the next day, and it was bought from the authentic Haimin who specializes in squatting on the roadside of the vegetable market and prying shells and selling them. The freshness is more delicious."

Tips:

1. The oysters are too delicate, so don’t wash the oysters by hand, just flush under the tap
2. When beating the eggs, you must first add pepper and other seasonings to increase the freshness and remove the fishy. When the oysters are added, you can't stir them vigorously, otherwise you won't be able to eat the whole oyster!
3. When frying, be sure to fry slowly on a low fire. Use steam to cook oysters. Of course, those who dare to eat raw oysters don’t mind.
