Oyster Sauce Chicken Wings

Clean chicken wings

Use a knife to make two cuts on the back of each chicken wing for easy taste

Pour in the oyster sauce

Sprinkle in fried chicken powder
5.
Add appropriate amount of salt as appropriate, mix well and marinate overnight

Put the marinated chicken wings into the fryer and fry at 220 degrees for 10 minutes

Turn it over and continue frying for 8 minutes
8.
Serve while hot
Tips:
1. It is best to marinate chicken wings overnight. If time is too late, marinate for at least half an hour.
2. If you don't have a fryer, it will be equally delicious if you use it for frying.
