Oyster Sauce Kale

Wash the kale.

After the water is boiled, cook in the pot for no more than four minutes, add sugar, and scoop up.
3.
Drizzle with oyster sauce.
Tips:
1. If sauteing kale, add ginger, shallot and garlic. It doesn't have to be so troublesome to boil.
2. Adding sugar can make green leafy vegetables greener.
3. No salt is needed after the oyster sauce is evenly mixed.
