Oyster Sauce Radish

Peel the white radish and cut into hob pieces for later use.

Boil the sliced white radish in water for 2 minutes. This will remove the strange smell of the radish and help it to cook easily.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the onion, ginger and dried chili to fragrant. Pour in the blanched radish cubes and stir well.
4.
Pour in oyster sauce, reduce heat and stir well.
5.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of coriander segments before serving, and stir-fry until it comes out of the pan.
