Oyster Sauce Soy Sprouts

Soybean sprouts, cut off the roots.

Dried chili, minced garlic, and shredded green onions.

Put oil in the pot, and saute the garlic and dried chili until fragrant.

Add shredded green onions and saute until fragrant.
5.
Add soybean sprouts and stir fry with salt.
6.
Stir-fry until soft, add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir well.
7.
Sprinkle in a little water, cover and simmer for one minute.
8.
The finished product is light and appetizing.
