1.
The ingredients are reserved.
2.
Draw the cake roll pattern you want to make on a piece of A4 paper and place it in the baking tray. Put a piece of greased paper on top for use.
3.
Separate the egg white and the yolk. Add 10 sugar to the egg yolk, beat until the egg yolk is white and the sugar melts. Add corn oil and stir well.
4.
Take two small bowls and scoop out a small spoonful of egg yolk paste.
5.
Add the spinach juice to the egg yolk paste in a large pot and mix well.
6.
The egg whites are divided into 40 grams of sugar and beaten three times until wet and foamy. (That is, the tail of the egg white is slightly bent when the egg beating head lifts it.)
7.
Add a teaspoon of low powder to a small bowl and mix well. Sift low-gluten flour and salt into the egg yolk liquid in a large basin and mix well. Put a small spoonful of cocoa powder and a spoonful of egg white into a small bowl, mix well, and put it into a piping bag with a small opening.
8.
Preheat the oven to 170°C. Frame the outline of the panda with cocoa batter. Put it in the oven and heat for one minute.
9.
Spoon a spoonful of egg white into the original color batter bowl, mix well, and fill the panda's body. Put the oven to heat for one minute.
10.
Add the egg whites to the spinach batter three times, mix well by turning up and down, shake a few times, and pour into the baking pan.
11.
Bake at 170°C, up and down in the oven on the upper layer of the oven, and bake for about 20 minutes until the skin is not sticky and you can take it out.
12.
After the cake is slightly aired, buckle upside down on another piece of greased paper, and carefully tear off the greased paper at the bottom.
13.
Turn the cake over again, place it on greased paper, roll it up, keep it in the refrigerator for more than one hour, take out the slices and eat.
