Tips:
1. If you are a banquet, you can blanch the lettuce with boiling water, so that the lettuce is not crispy and soft, and it is easy to cover the meat puree. If you eat it at home, you don’t need to look good, just raw lettuce.
2. Carrot sticks, you don’t need it.
