Pan-fried Baby Potatoes with Olive Oil

Olive oil and small potatoes

Tips:
1. The smaller the potato, the more delicious
2. Don't use too much force when pressing the potatoes, too much force will crush the potatoes
3. I think it is more delicious to eat with potato skins. If you don’t like it, you can remove the skins after cooking.
