Pan-fried Bacon and Asparagus Rolls

Cut the bacon in half and wash the asparagus

Peel off the old part of the asparagus root

Cut the root into 2 inches long, and the head 3 inches

Blanch the asparagus with salt in boiling water and cool quickly to keep it crisp

Check and trim the length

Roll the asparagus with bacon
