Pan-fried Balang Fish

1. The ingredients are ready; wash the barra fish, make a few cuts on the surface, sprinkle a little pepper and a little salt, and marinate for a while

2. Shred the ginger and slice the garlic; wash the marinated barra fish with kitchen paper to remove the surface moisture
