Braised Barang Fish in Sauce

First clean up the balang fish, cut off and set aside. Cut the onion, ginger, and garlic for later use.

Pour the tomato sauce into a small bowl, add a little soy sauce, sugar, salt, and cooking wine. Add in cold water and stir well. Set aside

Fry the green onion, ginger, garlic in oil first, fry until the aroma comes out, add the fish. Fry on low heat until it turns yellow, pour in the seasoning sauce. Cook until the juice is collected, serve it out, and sprinkle with some spices.
Tips:
Fry the fish at low heat first and then a little bit to prevent the fish from breaking.
