The head and tail of the balang fish are removed, the internal organs are removed, cleaned and cut for 2 knives; marinate with MSG, salt and a little ginger powder for 2 hours

Tips:
1. Don't add soy sauce when marinating, so as not to deep-fry and become ugly
2. The oil temperature is about 80% hot.
