Tips:
1. Add appropriate amount of water when adding meat tenderizer powder or soda powder to corned beef, so that the powdered soda or tender meat powder has room to play a role, such as a pound of beef slices, marinate it with 2-3 tablespoons of water, should be divided Add water. If the beef is dry, add 1 tablespoon more. If the meat is loose and wet, reduce the amount of water or even no need to add water;
2. When deciding to make beef skewers, if you want to put some beef marinade, slightly reduce the amount of salt and light soy sauce when marinating;
3. I prefer two kinds of steak marinades. Mc brand STEAK RUB is available at Walmart, and Tone's brand CANADIAN STEAK SEASONING is available at Sam. When grilling corn, I will put them on the corn and rub them a few times before grilling. It is very fragrant. If you don’t prepare beef marinade, you can also make it yourself, such as adding some rosemary, thyme, basil, garlic salt, onion salt, etc., to make it the same fragrant.
