Pan-fried Chicken Breast with Black Pepper

Wash the chicken breast and cut into slices about 1cm thick.

Pour in light soy sauce and lemon juice, sprinkle in black pepper and starch, mix the marinade and chicken breasts thoroughly, let stand and marinate for half an hour.

Preheat the frying pan, add olive oil, and fry on low heat for about two minutes until golden on both sides.
Tips:
Lemon juice can be replaced with cooking wine, or curry powder and chili powder can be added according to the taste
