Put the ingredients and seasoning together in a large bowl or a grinder, and beat the hemp into a pulp;

Tips:
1. Frozen fish pieces are easier to loose and rot, and there is a lot of water in it. When marinating, lightly press to squeeze out the water, and lightly wipe a layer of seasoning paste;
2. Fry the fish with patience, don't always stir, and the fire can't be too big.
