Pan Fried Cod

Wash the cod fillets and set aside.

Marinate the fish with a teaspoon of salt and a little lemon juice for half a day.

Add oil to the pot and pour it until 70% hot, add the cod pieces and fry on low heat.

Fry the fish until golden on one side.

Turn the fish over and fry the other side.

Fry the fish until golden and fragrant on both sides, then turn off the heat and put it on the plate.
