Pan-fried Codfish in Tomato Sauce

Prepare the cod and defrost

Add cooking wine, salt, white pepper and marinate for 10 minutes

Use kitchen paper to absorb moisture

Pat the cornstarch on both sides of the cod

Fry the codfish with olives until golden brown

Diced tomatoes, stir-fry into the pan, add tomato juice
