Pan-fried Dried Fish

1. The dried fish was washed. Since the fish is longer and the pot is smaller, I cut it off in the middle. Put oil in the pan, add the dried fish, and fry the fish over medium heat.

2. Fry until golden on both sides. Fried fish is a bit more fragrant.

3. Push the fried fish to the side of the pan, add minced ginger garlic, a small spoonful of bean paste, and pepper to the oil and saute.

4. Add the green and red peppers and fry them a bit.

5. Fry all the ingredients in the pot a little bit to let the flavor blend. Put a small bowl of boiling water in the pot and simmer for a while.

6. Put the fish in a bowl and place it in a bowl. Put soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate, and sauce into the soup in the pot.

7. Keep the soup away for a while.

8. Pour on the fish, sprinkle the chopped green onion, OK!
