Pan-fried Dried Tofu Skewers

Thousands of sheets washed and tiled on the chopping board

Roll into a bucket.

Cut into slices about 0.5 cm thick.

String the tofu skins together with toothpicks.

Mix soybean paste, cumin, sesame oil and water to form a sauce.
