Pan-fried Fish Nuggets

A skinned fish, peeled and cut into pieces

Mix ginger, spring onion (green onion), pepper, salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce and fish cubes, mix well, marinate for 15 minutes

After marinating for 15 minutes, add 2 tablespoons of starch and stir well

Make every piece of fish evenly covered with starch, so that the fried fish keeps the inside tender and smooth

Pour oil (a little more than usual for cooking) into the pan, add the fish cubes, and fry slowly on medium heat 🔥, fry one side until golden brown before turning to the other half for frying, try not to stir fry more than once
