Pan-fried French Codfish

The picture shows fresh French cod simply rinsed with water

Sprinkle some pepper on the kitchen paper after drying the moisture

Sprinkle a little salt with the palm of your hand and gently spread it evenly, similar to a massage technique to ensure a quick taste

Sprinkle some cornstarch and spread it evenly as in the picture above

Prepare three pieces of butter

Add butter to the pan after heating

It is recommended for novices to fry in a low heat in a pan. The cod is easy to cook. Fry each side until slightly charred.

While frying, add some shredded ginger to get rid of fishy. You can also use some sauce you like as shown in the picture.
