Pan-fried Mashed Potatoes

Wash potatoes and steam them in a rice cooker

Potatoes peeled

Mashed potatoes with some light soy sauce!

Put some oil in the hot pot! Put on the mold

Add the mashed potatoes and flatten with a spoon

Cut into golden yellow with a small fire! Gently shake the pan while cutting! So as not to get burnt! Fry the reverse side too!

Cut the watermelon into heart shapes with a mold

Tips:
Mashed potatoes is tiring! Also smashed my beloved spoon! It would be even better if there was a blender!
