Pan-fried Milk Cakes

Prepare the ingredients

Sift the flour

Sift in milk powder and starch, add sugar and baking soda. (If you don’t have milk powder, use milk instead, you don’t need to add water)

Add salt, appropriate amount of water, and knead all the ingredients into a dough

Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, take one part and knead it into a ball and then flatten it into a pie
6.
Pour a small amount of oil in a pan or electric baking pan to preheat

Add the small cakes and fry them, sprinkle with sesame seeds while they are hot
Tips:
1. The dough must be kneaded well, otherwise it will smell of raw flour;
2. The proportion of seasoning is added according to personal taste;
3. If you don't have milk powder, use milk instead, you don't need to add water.
