Pan-fried Milk Tortilla

Prepare the main ingredients: 100 grams of flour, 200 ml of milk, 2 sticks of fresh corn, 50 grams of sugar (if you like high sweetness, you can add more grams), one egg (optional), 4 spoons of dried starch (optional), Appropriate amount of edible oil.
I want to explain here that the purpose of adding eggs and dry starch is to make the pancakes more natural and fluffy, without adding other artificial additives, and to eat more assured! Of course, it may not be added.

Peel all two sticks of fresh corn for later use~~

Put the peeled corn kernels and 200 ml of fresh milk into the fruit juicer~~

It must be stirred for a longer time to ensure that the corn kernels and milk are fully integrated. The residue of the corn kernels is very fine, otherwise it will affect the taste~~

Pour all the stirred corn milk paste into the flour, add sugar, eggs and dried starch, and stir in a clockwise direction. After stirring, let stand for 5-10 minutes to let all the ingredients fully blend together~~

Oil the pan. When it is 7 or 8 minutes of heat, pour the stirred batter into the pan and fry it. I used a petal sharpener, and all the sharpeners should be oiled, otherwise it will stick to the batter. It won't take shape together~~

If you don’t need a sharpener, you can make a few more at once~~
