Pan-fried Old Tofu

Preheat the oil in the pot, add the old tofu and fry.

Fry tofu until golden on both sides, remove and set aside.

Prepare accessories.

Preheat the oil in the pan, add garlic and ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add the fried old tofu.

Pour the green and red peppers.
