Pan-fried Plum Pork Slices

1. Plum sliced pork.

2. Green and red peppers, small onions.

3. Before going to work, marinate the meat with cooking wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, and sugar, and put it in the refrigerator.

4. Come back from get off work in 4 hours. Before you prepare to fry the meat, add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and mix well.

5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meat slowly over medium heat.
