Pan-fried Pork Chop

Prepare the ingredients and thaw the pork chops in advance

Sprinkle a little sea salt on the pork chops. The bottle of sea salt comes with a grinder. You can grind the salt grains by turning around with 2 hands. The salt grains are relatively large and squeak when grinding. You can only take pictures with one hand and hold the bottle with the other

Tips:
After the pork chops are thawed, use kitchen paper to stick off the surface water. Sprinkle sea salt on the two sides of the pork chops. The marinating time is about 15 minutes. The whole process should be fried on a low fire.
