Pan-fried Pork Chop

Wash and drain the water

Knock loose and thin with a meat hammer, and cut into small pieces with a knife

Add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce, pepper, ginger, starch and marinate for half an hour
4.
Put oil in a non-stick pan and fry the steak on both sides over medium and low heat.

Eat it while it's hot, salty and fragrant.
