Pan-fried Pork Loin
1.
Pork external tenderloin is appropriate, sliced;
2.
Add New Orleans barbecue ingredients and mix well and marinate for more than 3 hours (I marinated it the first night, and it was very tasty when I came back from get off work the next day)
3.
Add an appropriate amount of peanut oil to the pot and heat it for 50%, then add the marinated tenderloin and fry on both sides.
4.
As shown in the picture, eat it while it's hot.
Tips:
1. The ratio of barbecue ingredients to water and meat is 1:1:10;
2. Because the meat tastes the same inside and outside, it is delicious after frying without other dipping materials.
