Ingredients

Pan-fried Pumpkin Pie

1. Peel and slice pumpkin, steam in a pot for 10-15 minutes, let cool and make noodles with glutinous rice flour after steaming.

2. After the dough is made up, it will take about half an hour. Take out and knead the long strip, pull a piece of dough down, flatten the dough with your hands, and put an appropriate amount of brown sugar and white noodles according to your preference (the elderly who canโ€™t eat sugar can use xylitol instead of brown sugar)

3. Wrap the dough (donโ€™t expose the filling ๐Ÿ˜Š)

4. Rub it into a ball with your hands

6. Fry with little oil and low heat until golden on both sides, then you can get it out. Let's eat.
