Pan-fried Pumpkin Pie
1.
The pumpkin is steamed, pressed into a puree, and then mixed with a proper amount of glutinous rice flour and made into a dough (without adding water). If you don't want to eat too glutinous, you can add a small amount of sticky rice flour. Pumpkin pie is soft, glutinous, fragrant, sweet and delicious.
2.
Knead into small dough and press into small pie.
3.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry slowly until golden and slightly charred on both sides before serving. (I didn't take the step diagram, sorry)
