Pan-fried Rice Cake

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in an appropriate amount of water for 4 hours;

When the glutinous rice has been soaked for 3.5 hours, wash the rice and soak it in an appropriate amount of water for half an hour;

After soaking, pour all into the rice cooker to cook;

After cooking the rice, add a small amount of salt and stir evenly;

Put it into a square fresh-keeping box such as a buckle and press it tightly;
6.
Cover the lid and put it in the refrigerator overnight after cold head;
7.
Take it out of the refrigerator overnight and cut it into cigarette packs in thickness;
8.
The cut glutinous rice cake is wrapped with egg liquid;
9.
Heat a frying pan, add a small amount of oil, and fry until golden on both sides.
Tips:
1. The specific quantity of rice and glutinous rice can be taken as needed, as long as the ratio is glutinous rice: rice=1:2;
2. Before the rice is put into the fresh-keeping box, you can apply a layer of oil around the wall of the box to make it easy to take it out;
3. When pressing into the box, it must be pressed firmly, so that it is not easy to disperse when slicing;
4. The fried glutinous rice cake is better with some sugar and jam. I dipped it with our Guizhou bean noodles, which was delicious.
