Pan-fried Saury

Wash the saury, add salt, five-spice powder, cooking wine, green onion and ginger, and marinate for ten minutes.

Coat both sides of the saury with starch and shake off the excess starch
3.
Heat oil in a pot, add starch-coated saury, and fry until golden on both sides.
4.
Just install it.

Golden yellow and very fragrant.
Tips:
Don't add too much starch. When frying, turn it over once it's shaped. Turning over the channel is fragile.
