Pan-fried Scallops

The scallops bought back are cleaned

Use kitchen paper towels to soak up the moisture
3.
Put some salt, crushed black pepper and cooking wine in a bowl to marinate for a while
4.
Add a small amount of butter to the pan to melt
5.
Put the marinated scallops, preferably coated with cornstarch, and fry them until the color changes on both sides.
6.
Take a small amount of rice vinegar and sugar
7.
Pour it into the pot and heat it up
8.
After putting the scallops and side dishes on the plate, just drizzle with sweet and sour sauce
