Pan-fried Sequoia Fish

Wash the red cedar fish with a knife on both sides; add salt, ginger and cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes

Then pick it up with chopsticks to drain the water; prepare the ginger, garlic, coriander and red pepper

Heat up the pan, pour in the right amount of oil, add shredded ginger, shredded garlic, and shredded pepper to fragrant; grill the seasoning on both sides, put the fish in the middle and fry (it is better to take out the seasoning first)

After the fish is fried on both sides until golden brown, add a small amount of light soy sauce and cooking wine to cook; after the sauce is boiled, add coriander and ginger and stir fry.
