Pan-fried Shrimp Cake

Pleurotus eryngii, diced carrots, green beans and corn are cooked in boiling water and removed. Take the egg white from the egg, dice the fat, and remove the shell and shrimp.

Mix the fat and shrimp meat and chop into a puree. Put all the ingredients and seasonings into a large bowl and mix well. Stir clockwise until vigorously. Rub the pureed shrimp into a circle and press it into a cake.

Heat the oil in the frying pan, add the shrimp cakes and fry them until golden on both sides and set the pan on the plate.
