Pan-fried Shrimp Cake

Peel the shells and remove the gluten of the shrimp, add a few drops of lemon, a little salt, white wine or cooking wine, stir, put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

Chop the onions and fry them in a pan, or heat them in the microwave for a minute or two! Forgot to take pictures, hehe!

Remove the water from the marinated shrimp, cut into shrimp paste, add onion, salt, black pepper, a little sugar, egg, starch, cheese, stir well and mix well!

Pour the oil into the hot pan! Use a spoon to dig a spoonful of shrimp paste and put it in the pot! Fry on medium and small fire until golden on both sides!

It’s delicious when served on its own or served with sweet chili sauce
Tips:
1. Mix the starch in the shrimp paste, you can replace it with a piece of shredded toast, or flour, either!
2. The cheese can be left or not!
3. The shrimp must be drained before being chopped into puree!
