Pan-fried Shrimp Dumplings

Dehull the Jiwei shrimp, remove the shrimp thread and leave the tail

Marinate with some salt light soy sauce cooking wine for half an hour

Minced pork cabbage, chopped green onions, cut into the bottom egg, salt light soy sauce, stir evenly and marinate for 15 minutes.

As shown in the picture, wrap the adjusted dumpling filling and shrimp into the dumpling

Tips:
Don't steam the dumplings for too long. When making dumplings, put a little less stuffing in the dumplings. Try to put in some shrimps and tighten the mouth as much as possible!
