Pan-fried Steak

Cut the beef into large pieces of moderate thickness, put them in a fresh-keeping bag and pat them loose with the back of a knife.

Put some light soy sauce, pepper, red wine and oyster sauce in a bowl.
3.
Mix well and marinate for an hour to taste.
4.
Put butter in a pan and melt it over low heat.
5.
Heat up the heat, add the beef and fry for one minute.
6.
Turn it over and fry for another minute.
7.
Finished product.
