Pan-fried Steamed Bun Slices

Cut the steamed buns into one-centimeter-thick slices for later use

Put some sugar in the bowl
3.
Dissolve with water
4.
Add a proper amount of oil to the pot (half the amount than usual for cooking)
5.
Dip the steamed bun slices in sugar water
6.
Put it in the pan and fry
7.
Fry until golden on both sides.
Tips:
The self-fried steamed bread slices are better than the take-out dough sticks. They are crispy and sweet. They are served with a bowl of millet, red dates and yam porridge, plus a bit of clear cucumber noodles. Children like it too! (Control it in time when it is dipped in water, otherwise it will fly oil when frying!)
