Pan-fried Taro Mashed
1.
There are more than ten hairy taro seeds.
2.
Wash the hairy taro seeds and put them in a pressure cooker to boil (or steam it in a steamer or boil it) and then take it out.
3.
Peel them off one by one and set aside (after peeling a few, take a picture first).
4.
Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan, and vortex evenly.
5.
Pour in the peeled taro seeds, cut the taro seeds and spread them into a puree.
6.
Mix a spoonful of light soy sauce, half a teaspoon of salt, and a little MSG into a juice.
7.
Add the adjusted juice and mix well.
8.
Put it out of the pan, and sprinkle with fried black sesame seeds.
Tips:
1. This fragrant fried taro mash is creamy and delicious, but you can't eat more.
2. The raw taro can also be peeled and fried directly.
Raw taro juice can easily cause local skin allergies, so you can wipe it off with ginger juice.
