Pan-fried Tilapia

Tilapia, scales and viscera, washed and cut off

Put in a basin, add salt, cooking wine and pepper to marinate for 1 hour

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the drained fish pieces until one side is slightly yellow and set

Turn it over and fry and serve

Keep it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. The fish sauce tastes best when you eat it.
Tips:
Heat the pan with hot oil to prevent the fish from frying.
