Tilapia, also known locally as African crucian carp, is the most delicious when used for frying.

Pan-fried Tilapia

1. Tilapia, scales and viscera, washed and cut off

2. Put in a basin, add salt, cooking wine and pepper to marinate for 1 hour

3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the drained fish pieces until one side is slightly yellow and set

4. Turn it over and fry and serve

5. Keep it in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. The fish sauce tastes best when you eat it.

Tips:

Heat the pan with hot oil to prevent the fish from frying.
