Pan-fried Tilapia

Tilapia is scaled and viscera washed (the black inner membrane must be cleaned) and cut into inch pieces

Add the seasoning and marinate for about 2 hours (Well, it's very tasty)

Heat the pan with hot oil and fry the fish cubes on medium-low heat until one side is set
4.
Turn over and fry and serve, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for more than one hour. Dip with fish sauce when eating.
