Pan-fried Tofu

Tofu cut into small pieces

Add a proper amount of oil to the pan to heat up, add the tofu and fry over a low fire

Carefully turn it over and fry until golden brown

Scoop up the fried tofu to control oil

Mushrooms, ginger, onion, garlic, chopped

Add some oil to the pot, add minced meat, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, ginger and stir fry until fragrant. Add a spoonful of chopped pepper

Add 200ml of water, cooking wine and oyster sauce light soy sauce to make juice

Pour in the fried tofu and some water starch to thicken, and add chicken essence at the end
9.
Put it on the plate and embellish it, the finished product
Tips:
The tofu is slightly old and will not break easily when it is fried. Slowly fry the chopped peppers over a low fire. It is salty. Do not add salt. The water starch thickener should be thinner.
