Pan-fried Tofu

I used two pieces of water tofu

Cut the tofu into long strips

Changing the tofu into a diamond shape

Put the tofu in an empty bowl

Add a bowl of water to the pot, add a small amount of salt, and bring to a boil

After the water boils, pour it into a bowl with tofu, soak for one minute and drain the water (to remove the bean curd flavor of the tofu)

Add the right amount of cooking oil to the hot pot. Add a little bit of salt.

Turn down the heat and cool the oil to fry the drained tofu in the pan

Fry to this level and you can turn it over and continue frying

Fry until golden on both sides, you can brush the oil consumption

Finally, add chili powder, cumin powder, and salt and pepper to the pan.
Tips:
Be sure to use a low heat during frying. In order to prevent the shape of the tofu from breaking apart, you can use chopsticks to turn it over
