Pan-fried Tofu
1.
Slice the tofu (pictured), marinate slightly with salt to make the tofu taste better
2.
Three simple seasonings. (Ginger, spring onion, garlic, minced)
3.
The oil temperature in the pot should not be too high. Add tofu and fry slowly.
4.
After frying on the bottom side of the pan, turn the tofu over and fry slowly.
5.
When the tofu is fried on both sides until golden brown, add ginger and minced garlic in the pot and fry it slightly.
6.
Then put an appropriate amount of salt (because the tofu was salted before, the amount at this time is up to personal preference) and boil it, preferably without the tofu
7.
While cooking the tofu, adjust a small spoonful of cornstarch to thicken
8.
When there is not much soup left in the pot, pour in the adjusted water starch
9.
Finally, put the chopped green onion and chicken essence out of the pot
10.
Does it look appetizing? Haha
