Pan Fried Tofu

A piece of old tofu.

The minced meat is mixed with salt, egg white and spring onions.

Cut the tofu into a knife and stuff it into the meat.

Wrap in egg mixture and fry in oil pan.

Fry until golden on both sides and scoop up and set aside.

Put oil in the pan, stir-fry the bean paste, minced ginger, minced garlic, green and red pepper until fragrant, add a little water to boil.

The tofu is seasoned with light soy pepper (the bean paste is salty, so no salt is added).
8.
Collect the juice over high heat and put it on a plate.
